"After you get your initial power bleaching done just like anything changing the oil in your car, you have to maintain what you've just done. So how do we do that? We either suggest getting Crest White Strips, they're the strips that you can get either at any retail establishment, they range between 39.99 and 49.99. And they're just a thin strip that you can put over your teeth for about 20 minutes during the day. I always suggest at night so that after you're done watching your favorite TV show, you're not tempted to go ahead and eat or drink anything after you're done you'll just go straight to bed. Or you can get maintenance trays made at your dentist's office. What that entails, you have impressions taken, they make the mold little tray for you and you buy the bleaching syringe, and you just put little dots in the little cups and you put that on, and you wear it for about 20, 30 minutes. Always in the evening. I suggest other dentists could be different but the reason I suggest it is because you shouldn't eat anything that'll stain a white t-shirt within the 12 hours after you do so. So that's why you want to do it in the evening. So after you're done just take it off, wipe the excess off, brush your teeth and go to bed."
