"Hi, I'm Harvey Kronberg. I'm going to be joined by my wife, Michele. We're going to demonstrate how to fold a five foot by nine and a half foot flag. Five foot by nine and a half flag are typically considered a casket, a casket flag for funeral services. It's obviously a fairly large flag. What you do first, of course, is hold it up, make sure everything is straight. You rotate it ninety degrees so it is parallel to the ground. You fold it in half. Then you fold it in half again. Make sure all your creases are straight and that it's taught, as taught as possible. And then, the person at the star end, mostly their job is just to try and hold it tight. The person on the stripe end will start going triangle over triangle, over triangle. At each juncture, you want to make sure that you've got it crisp and clean and then you continue folding it in triangles until you get to that blue field of stars, with the stars and when you are finished, you essentially should have the entire flag wrapped in blue fields of stars. If there's any left over, it gets tucked into one of the folds. And that's how you fold a five foot by nine and a half foot flag."
