"Hello, my name is Hector Inga, owner of Lane Four Swim Shop in Austin Texas, and I've been asked to talk to you about, fitting swim goggles. When you first come to our store and you're looking for goggles and you don't know what goggles you're looking for, we ask a couple of questions, first if you're swimming indoors or outdoors, to see if you need a clear lens or a darker lens, also what type of swimming you're going to do, if you're going to compete or if you're going to do just some recreational swimming, if you're looking for comfort or for just sleekness. So I wanted to show you probably one of the best fitting, even though it is a mask, when you come here and we fit you is that when we put the goggles on your face without the straps and we press them on your face just to make sure that they create a gasket or a seal on your face, without the straps they only need to stay there momentarily, they don't have to stay there for a long time, just as long as they make a little bit of a seal we can tell those will work for you once you have the straps on. What I want to do is, I want to put this seal mask on without the straps and you can tell how well these guys will stay on. As you can see, now I have the mask on and I can hardly even pull it out of my face, this is probably not what you're going to find on the regular goggles, but this is something that this seal mask is so well known for, that's why it's so well likes, as you can tell I can hardly pull it, finally did. The other goggles they will not tend to stay quiet as well as a seal mask would do and that's not their intention either. The seal mask is used for open water, for swimming in open water a lot, is probably something you really want. The other goggles I'll demonstrate a little bit. You just put them on you face, press them a little bit, and as long as they create a little seal, a little gasket, a little bit of a vacuum, and I can tell this one in one eye does real well and the other one not quite as well. So we would probably put you through a couple test goggles and see which one would do best for you. But the main thing is just to press them on your face without straps and to see if they stay on your face just momentarily."
