"Hello, my name is Hector Inga, owner of Lane Four Swim Shop in Austin Texas. I've been asked to talk about, how do swim goggles work. Swim goggles work by keeping the water out of your eyes and letting you see as you're swimming or maybe going into the ocean and you can see the fish and reef and so many things. But the main thing about the goggles is that they fit around your eyes, and you want to make sure that they create a seal that way you can keep the water out of your eyes, that way you can enjoy your swim. Also you want them to be anti-fog that way you can see and when you're swimming they don't get foggy. They work, just like I said, by keeping the water out of your face, you can adjust them, most of them come with anti-fog, silicon straps, silicon gaskets, they're comfortable and the goggles have evolved tremendously over the past years, and you can have goggles that are meant for the different styles of swimming, if you're a recreational swimmer or a fitness swimmer, or a highly competitive swimmer, there's a goggle that will fit you and that would work for you."
