"Alright, let's explore the sound of the Snare drum, a little. Now there's many different sounds. We got sounds from the rim, all the way to the center. Center of the head. Now there's a couple, a couple different sounds that we can get. Now also with the Snares off. You can get the same, same rim sound. Both with the Snares off, more of a tribal sound. And in the center. Alright, now let's go from the rim to the center. And hear the difference in the sound with a little bit of a roll. So the closer you go to the rim, the tighter your sound is going to be. And vice versa, the farther you go from the rim. The looser and more open your sound is going to be. Open, tight."
