"Alright, so let's go over a little bit of the drum, the set up and then we'll get into some body position. So everything when you're playing, when you sit down at the set should be totally comfortable. Like you shouldn't feel, you shouldn't feel any, any, anything out of the ordinary. Everything should be comfortable with your pedals, your high hat, and your kick, your bass drum. They should be, your knees should be about at a ninety degree angle. Bent at a about a ninety degree angle. And that goes the same, same with your bass drum. That should be also at about a ninety degree angle. Alright, and your snare should be about where, or a little bit lower than the line of your hips and your belly button. So mine is a teeny bit lower, couple inches lower and that all just depends on how tall you are. And your seat should be at a height where it produces a ninety degree bend in your knees. Alright, and now body position. You should always have your back straight up so that doesn't influence any health problems."
