"I'm Kristy at the West Jordan curves in Utah. And we are talking about how to reduce body fat. One way to reduce body fat is it's pretty much everything, you have to eat right, exercise. If you need, they basically the rule of thumb is if you need to lose more then twenty pounds your diet has to change too. You can't expect just to exercise and have it come off. The dieting needs to be part of it. Whether it needs to be a big huge change of your lifestyle or just small changes is something that having a trainer or having someone that knows what they are doing can help you determine what you need to do to change your body fat. At curves we do recommend that you strength train at least three times a week. It is a good idea to do something cardiovascular other then just curves, like biking, walking, something or you can come to curves and you can workout at the gym three times a week, more then three times a week but you need to make sure that you are giving your muscle groups a rest in between."
