"You have a 3 month old little boy and little girl, and you're wanting to play with them, you're like, what should I do. Well, I'm Dr. Donna with some advice on, what to do with your 3 month old. One thing you can start to do is, just break out the simple household props, a flashlight is a great one to use with your baby. You can put your baby on the ground, and (sorry baby) and just shine it over them. See if they'll start to push up and reach and grab for the moving light, they will love this. You can turn it on and off, and they will maybe reach and grab, if not, they will visually track it. Also, you can start to use some balls, just rolling them back and forth. Again, if you're wanting to start working on being on their tummy, you can prop them, and just use some balls, where you're rolling them back and forth, in front of them, they may start to reach and grab for them. The beach ball is another opportunity to sit them on there and play with them, work on some tummy time, rolling back and forth, also sitting them on, and letting them just rock back and forth. Make sure you sing some songs with them, they'll love to hear you singing. At this point, if you haven't taken your child out much, take them outside, lay them on a blanket, let them lay under a tree, and just look up at what's in the environment, trees and birds and clouds, and you name it, they will really enjoy the sounds that they hear, and you can play with them. Scarfs are another wonderful prop to use. You can lay your baby on their back, and you can obviously toss the scarfs up in the air, you can make the scarfs dance as you sing. You can take scarfs and you can play peek-a-boo, babies love peek-a-boo, so use the opportunity to play peek-a-boo with them. Also, any types of puppets, finger puppets, anything where they can sing and dance, they will love that opportunity. Musical instruments are another great way to play with your child. Just shake them, let them hold them, let them see if they'll start to shake them, and move them back and forth. And last, but not least, bubbles. I love bubbles, and I think you will to. Your child will love them if you just blow them, and let him reach and grab for them, they will enjoy it. I'm Dr. Donna with some advice on, how to play with your 3 month old."
