"Hi I'm Liz Muller from Liz's Hair Design, in Hollywood, Florida. This is about getting your first hair relaxer. This young client here got her hair relaxed. She's a middle, you know, she's in her teens, and needed her hair relaxed. She has very thick hair and it was kind of very wavy, curly, curly type hair and she needed a relaxer. So I decided to go ahead and relax her hair. What I did is, since it was a virgin relaxer, is I applied the relaxer from here to here, and I proceeded to go ahead and then do the roots last and the ends last, OK? So, I did the shaft, and then I did it from the roots on, so she wouldn't get any burned hair or burned scalp. So this is how I proceeded to go ahead and relax her hair. It takes a long time to do that, and I had to kind of show you after it's done, so, cause you want the customer not to burn or hurt her hair. And this is what it looked like when I was done with her hair. She has really nice hair, and it's combed, you can comb through it now, and it's very strong. Thank you, this has been Liz Muller."
