"Hi I'm Liz Muller from Liz's Hair Design, in Hollywood, Florida. In this clip, we're going to show you how to straighten hair that has not been previously relaxed. Now, I purposely left my hair natural. I wet it and I kind of dried it a little bit with the dryer. And, I didn't want to do too much with it. It looks very frizzy, and this is what hair that hasn't been relaxed looks like when it's like naturally curly. When I put the dryer in it, it kind of did this a little bit. So, if I were to straighten my hair out, and not use a relaxer, because I don't, what I do all the time is I would take my flat iron at 450 degrees, because I need a little more heat for it to stay straight, especially in Florida. OK? And I would proceed to go ahead and put my iron thorough it. Sometimes I have to go a few more times, because see what happens? My hair is not going to relax so I have to go through it over and over again, because it's completely natural. OK, and let me take a piece that, from over here because I'm not doing such a great job. And I really wanted to give you a good idea of what I'm doing. OK, see, I want to go ahead and make pick it pin straight like this, it's going to make the hair real straight. Just take the iron and put the heat at 450, all the way straight down. OK, and that's how I would get my hair straight. I would do my whole hair like this. OK, this has been Liz Muller."
