"Hi my name is Dave Andrews, today I'm going to show you how to remove a partition. If you can see my computer screen, all you have to do to remove a partition is right click on your my computer that's on your desk top and lets go to manage. Now Windows Vista you have to be an administrator to do this so it's basically just going to ask if you want to continue, we do. Now inside the computer management window let's click on disk management which is under storage here. This is going to show you a list of all the partitions that you have on all of your hard drives. And you can see our hard drive is zero, it has three partitions on it. A C drive, an F drive, and a D drive. I want to remove this F drive. Now it's a good thing you need to keep in mind is, is by deleting a partition you are basically making the data on that partition non recoverable so it's a good idea to back everything up before you delete the partition. Cause it will be gone. Just right click on the partition you want to delete and click on delete volume. It's going to warn you that deleting this volume is going to erase everything and tell you, you need to back up and if you want to continue just click yes. The computer has just deleted that volume and as you can see it is now an unallocated partition on disk zero. My name is Dave Andrews and I've just explained to you how to delete a partition."
