"Hi, my name's Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you how to make a Histogram. We're going to build our Histogram in Excel. So, let's go to the computer, and we're going to click on the start button, go to all programs, let's find Microsoft Office, and we're just going to launch Excel. Now to create a Histogram in Excel, all you have to do is type some data into your spreadsheet and then insert a bar chart which will show all of your data proportionate of each other. So I'm just going to enter some employees, and kind of make up a little bit of data about them here. Now, once you have your data typed into Excel, all you have to do is highlight it, go to insert, and under charts I'm going to create a column chart, and just do a 2D column. That's kind of hard to see the chart that has been inserted here, so I'm going to copy it into an image editing program. As you can see, this chart which is here in Excel, has taken the highest number of sales from my record and made that the highest value, and all of the others are shown proportional to that. My name's Dave Andrews, and I've just shown you how to create a Histogram."
