"Hello, my name is Gabriela Garzon at G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting in Miami, Florida. In this clip I'm going to talk about how to match socks to your outfit. Now this is for men of course. Basically what you need to know that the first rule of thumb is that your socks should match your pants, not the shoes. If you match your socks to your shoes exactly, then it's going to look like you have like booties, like you have boots, like ankle boots, so basically you're going to try and match them to the pants so if you have a navy pant you should try and wear them with like blue type of socks and then if you have black pants then you try to go ahead and wear them with black. And of course you should not wear this type of socks which is the athletic type with different type of pants because this is only for like athletic like shorts or like sweatpants. So then after you know that, you can try and add little things that will match with your outfit, but basically you just match them to your pants. Once again this is Gabriela Garzon at G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting."
