"Hello my name is Gabriela Garzon of G.G. Image and Etiquette Consulting in Miami, Florida. In this clip I'm going to talk about how to dress for your body type. There's four basic body shapes; the hour glass, the rectangle, triangle and inverted triangle. In this clip I'm going to concentrate on triangle and inverted triangle. The difference is that the triangle has a narrower shoulder and just wider hips. And the inverted triangle is the opposite. You have wider shoulders and just very narrow hips. So what we're going to try to do is try to balance the body parts. So if you have very wide shoulders, you're going to try and concentrate on adding volume to to the down part by having like really wide pant legs or just flare, just avoid like just straight legs because then you're going to look this proportionate. And also you can add some volume in the, just above the waist and if you are a triangle, then you're going to have to add volume in the top; wearing tops like boxy jackets like this and that that way they're going to match and balance the hips. Once again, this is Gabby Garzon at G.G. Image and Etiquette Consulting."
