"Technology is a very important factor of our life, here in America. And of course, our ways to save on costs and expenses. and one of those ways is of course, how you manage your phone system. There is a new technology that's come out now, called voice over Internet protocol. Or VOIP for short. How does it save you versus a regular phone? Because of course, a regular phone has phone charges to your municipal phone company. And there are taxes associated with that, as well. Many times, the service is not as reliable as you would wish, as well. With dropped calls and things of that nature. The Internet has become a frontier for new technologies. And therefore, you can work with a provider that uses voice over Internet protocol. And simply log on and make phone calls, anywhere in the world. At no charge, for a flat monthly rate. And it's a great service to use. It's also very cost effective. Relative to making those same calls from a land line. This is Patrick Munro, talking about the difference between voice over Internet protocol or VOIP, versus standard phones."
