"This is financial adviser Patrick Munro talking about how to save on gas bills. Gas and fuel and oil and things of that nature are becoming a very high expense item for Americans. There are ways to save on this expense. Number one is to shop around for the very best rate that you possibly can get on your gasoline from the retailer. There are differences and there are various websites that you can go to get the best rates. Also make sure your tire pressure is correct for the type of car that you drive. Always maintain your tire pressure at the ideal limits that the tire is designed for. You'll get better mileage as a result of that. Make sure that you don't take off from a standing start, with a jack rabbit start, be ease as you accelerate. Also make sure that you don't travel at excessive speeds, this of course will use a lot of gas as well. Gasoline is an important resource we have to make sure that we use it correctly going forward and make sure that you keep your automobile tuned as well. You are using the appropriate spark plugs if they are applicable as well. Maintenance is always a key issue. This is Patrick Munro talking about how to save on gas bills."
