"This is Patrick Munro talking about ways to lower electric bills. It's important in life not only to accumulate money for your wealth but also to keep expenses down going forward. And there's ways to lower electric bills, specifically in your home. Make sure that you don't leave lights on in areas that are not inhabited. Turn lights off behind you. Also unplug any necessary, unnecessary devices from the wall. And make sure you keep your air conditioning at a certain level of comfort but not incredibly cool where by you know, you are not going to benefit from that. Air conditioners especially in the summer time use a lot of electricity. It's important also to keep outside lights off when there is no security issues in the evening. You want to make sure that your electrical bill is kept in check by having all of your outlets insulated as well. There are government programs that you can investigate to update your house with current guidelines and also use special light bulbs in all lamps and over head lighting receptacles.
