"Adopting an adult dog can is a wonderful thing to do. Basically, they've more than likely been house broken. They're no longer want to chew on things and destroy furniture, etcetera. Adopting an adult dog requires so so much less work than adopting a puppy. Puppies have to be supervised constantly. Adult dogs don't. Adult dogs are basically, usually all house broken. They know rules, they they know commands usually. The dogs that we get come out, that we rescue from the pound, they all basically already know sit, stay, come, those commands. They know how to walk on a leash. They're all; it's like they've already, all of the problems have already been taken care of when you adopt an adult dog. They're they make wonderful pets. I'm Nancy, with the Utopia Animal Rescue Ranch."
