"Now we've used hats for the last two but you really can use anything and we are going to use just a simple party hat. They usually come in a pack of eight for all of your guests but we're not going to wear them we are going to use them as a centerpiece. This one you probably, you might not even have to cut a hole in you can just slip the ribbon right through there. Depending on how many balloons you have. And I'm just going to snip it to make it easier for myself. And as long as you put it down in there, so you can pull it out the other side, it's getting stuck. And on this one you just use one simple mylar soccer balloon so it matches our theme. And it just matches our theme there."
