"I've just finished making this one which can be used for any type of party: birthday, wedding, anniversary or a sweet sixteen. Now we're using which we're making a St. Patrick's Day centerpiece. If you remember right, just grab your box knife. We're going to cut in a rectangular hole here. Depending on how much stuff you're going to want to shove in there, you want it to be bigger. If it rips, that's cool, because it's not going to show. Don't worry about that. Grab your tissue paper. I'm going to do green and yellow. I'm going to try it with the tissue together. We'll see how that looks. Just grab the center of the tissue. Twist it around and stick it right into the hole. Once it's inside the hole, just fluff it up. If you decide you don't like that, because too much of the yellow showing, you can easily just flip it around so the green will be the base."
