"Hi, I'm Robin with Trees-mom.com and we are going to take this picture, we're going to add some glass etching to it to make it a little more special, and so we're going to take apart the picture frame, and take out the glass, and we're going to clean it, and it's very important that you clean it. If not it turns out streaky like this. There are places that there's oils and things on the glass that make it so that the arbor etch wont etch the glass, and you can't go over it and redo it. So, we're going to make sure that our glass is perfectly clean, and just regular glass cleaner is the way you do that. Make sure both sides are clean and if there's a time that you get your fingerprints on it again as you're working with it, wipe it off again just to make sure that there's not any oils or anything that are going to inhibit the glass etching."
