"Hi, I'm Linda Black and I'm going to give you some tips about yoga class. What to wear when you into a yoga facility or a yoga studio or just in your own home. Something comfortable, tight fitting so it doesn't come over your head and you'll want the pants to be flexible and stretchy. Bare feet, we can leave our shoes and socks aside and having a fun attitude will help in yoga. What to do when you go to a studio or where to find a good studio. Often, they're in your neighborhood. You can look them up online Google. You can come to my studio in Highland, Utah where we do all different sorts of classes. We have classes for athletes, classes for beginners, classes for the stiffer body, classes for restorative. So, if you've got injuries, ankles, knees that need extra care come to a restorative class. Learn deep breathing and learn how to enjoy yourself from the inside out rather than being concentrating on the outside in. So, yoga is about finding your true inner spirit and being joyful in any place, in any sport that you are involved in."
