"Now that you know how to take someone with a disability, such as severe cerebral palsy or spinal injury or any other sort of disabilities that limit the use of someone's limbs. You might be wondering, ok, I know how to do this. Where do I get the equipment. Again, this is a sling seat. What we call a sling seat. Sometimes it is also called a hoyer lift. This sling seat was specifically made for Splore. Not just for rock climbing. But, we also do adaptable rafting for people. And when we are out rafting, sometimes people want to go for a hike. So, we will take the ores from our rafts and put it through these lifts and carry people basically sort of like an Egyptian Queen, so to speak. And they will get to hike through the desert like that. So, this is a specifically made hoyer seat for us. However, if you want to get a hoyer seat for yourself, they are a little hard to come by. Check with maybe your local doctor's office or a local medical store. A lot of times it is used in medical situations to help transfer a patient to and from different beds in the hospital. A lot of times physical therapists and occupational therapists will have these seats. So, you might have to do a little searching. Maybe even check out, do an internet search as well. Hoyer is spelled hoyer."
