"And I'm here to show you my most joyful pose, shavasana and I've got a few friends to help me, a couple of blankets and an eye bag. Very nice and handy to have. So I'm going to place this rolled up blanket behind the knees so I make my way to the floor in a supine position, place the other blanket at the head so that my neck is supported. Lay down very nicely and let's get the shoulders off the blanket so it is just the head resting nice and comfortably. You want to be in as comfortable position as possible for shivasana or corpse pose. Bring the arms to your side if you've got an eye back handy, place it over the eyes to cover any outside light and the move the arms again palms facing the sky in a receptivity mudra. Use this as you time, time to relax, to release and meditate on the work you've done balance out your hectic life with a nice tranquil relaxed and released posture. Stay here for as long as you'd like. My recommendation is five minutes."
