"I think I have a hungry crew and I'm hungry myself and so let's just really quick talk about clean up. Both of these sides of the fajitas have been cooked and like I said this is not your typical way of cooking a fajita. This is definitely my own way, but it's my preferred way. Ok, so for clean up, you guys want to make sure that you're not making a big mess and you're not making people dread every singe time you cook, and you want to do things the right way the first time. A lot of times in life you only have one opportunity to do the right thing the first time so when your cooking, clean up after yourself, don't be a pig, and don't make it hard for people to clean up after you. Now, there's also a rule that I grew up in my home. The person who cooks doesn't have to clean up. It's usually the people that eat. So, definitely delegate. You've been working long all day long in your kitchen, so delegate a little bit, but make sure it all gets cleaned up and that you don't leave food out so that it can spoil and what not. You may have some extra and so the next segment and the last segment we're going to talk about how to store your food back up after you're finished eating and partying."
