"Okay. Fabulous fajita makers here we are. We're about to decorate our fajitas. Alright I've got the plate and we're going to put our tortilla down on our plate like so. Like so. And I could put it right on the skillet but I'm going to show you guys how to decorate it first and really more to avoid burning myself. So grab some of your chicken. If you're usually not a green pepper or onion lover try it, just try it and I bet you you're going to love it. Okay because it tastes so, so, so good. And you're not necessarily going to taste onion or green pepper. It just all blends in really beautifully. so that might be a lot for this particular tortilla. I'm going to put a little bit of the shrimp with it. Okay. Kind of push it off all onto one side because remember I told you before I put it down on, and then I'm going to put my different condiments okay. So I'm going to put some of the sour cream on okay and mix that all around. Okay and a little bit of salsa. If you put a lot of the salsa on be careful you don't put too much of the liquid and the lime sauce and all that. And I'll tell you why. Especially if you're using homemade tortillas it tends to make the tortilla break apart and fall apart. So to top it off I'm going to put some cheese on. Okay. A little bit more. I love loading my fajitas really cheesy. Alright. Okay next I'm going to put, be careful because of the heat, I'm going to put it on just like that and I'm going to flip it over just like that. This is a really packed fajita. Slip that in there. Alright I'm going to let it sit for just a minute. And I'm probably going to make a few of these because I think my camera man's a little bit hungry. And I think my little brother probably, whose over there doing my music, he could probably handle a fajita. Alright so we'll be back."
