"I'm going to talk to you guys about the condiments and it's really quite simple. Not much to it. Just grab a bowl. If you guys have some fun dishware, use that, especially if you're going to have a party or do something like that. You're going to want to get some extra bowls for your cheese and your sour cream and also your salsa. Let me get one more bowl up here. Alright? Going to put my salsa that we made just a little bit earlier today. We're going to put that, oh boy I'm running out of room. Careful because this is hot, ok? Talking to myself, I do that sometimes. Alright? So grab some of that salsa and put it in your bowl, and so your three main condiments are going to be sour cream, your cheese that we talked about earlier, don't just pick any cheese and stay away from those cheddars. No offense to cheddar but it just isn't going to have the same taste as your Colby jack mix that you should be having for your fajitas. In just a second I'm going to throw in something really fun, kind of unexpected. I'm actually going to, because this is hot and ready to go, I'm going to cook up some shrimp and we're going to put some shrimp along with the chicken today."
