"Right now I'm going to talk a little bit about food preparation, washing up of the produce, and also defrosting your chicken. This particular chicken breast that we have down here, I'll hold on up, it's still a little bit frozen, this one, but for the most part it's pretty much thawed, and so that's what we want. My knife stuck. Alright, so after that make sure that that's thawed, after that's thawed make sure you've washed all of your vegetables very carefully. No offense but you don't know what kind of, who has been handling your produce. My mom would always say, "You never know who used the bathroom and didn't wash their hands while handling your produce." So be very careful that you wash every thing including your own hands. That's really important and next segment we're actually going to be talking about the correct way to cut your produce and your different things. Especially your produce because we don't want you chopping off your fingers."
