"We're going to talk about the fajita and its origin. The fabulous fajita. Now, they have become very mainstream in the last few decades, and they actually more are a Tex-Mex creation. I can't really say that they were created in Mexico. But, more by Mexican people or a mix of the Mexican people. Tex- Mex is a loving nickname for a lot of the stuff that happens in Texas and those southern states like Arizona and where there's a lot of the culture and influence of the Mexican people. And so the fajitas you'll be able to find in different restaurants now and they've become very very popular like I said in the last two decades. Originally, and usually you will find in the fajita stake, I think that actually is one of the original meats that was put with the fajita. Steak, you could put chicken, we're going to be doing chicken fajitas today, and usually with some sour cream, shredded cheese, and I think the green pepper and the onion are the very very key ingredients. When you're cooking your fajita and your meat, either your steak or your chicken, in this case chicken today. So don't forget those ingredients. We'll talk about those ingredients in just a minute, but that's really what the fajita is. It's a simple, simple creation with the cheese, the sour cream, the salsa that you can put, those are all toppings but the main two ingredients with your meat are the green bell pepper and also the white onion, or whatever onion you want to use."
