"Right now we're going to talk about what a fajita is and the difference between the fajita really and the difference between that, a burrito, you hear that term, you hear taco, you hear a lot of different terms that have actually like chimichanga and chalupa and some of those terms have actually been created more from above the south of the border like Tex-Mex and those kinds of things. And we're going to talk about the origin of a fajita in the next segment but I want to talk to you what the difference. Now a burrito is usually a pretty large, it comes from a really large tortilla. Typically flour tortilla. And so fajita is usually a smaller tortilla about this size. Now a burrito is probably double, triple the size of a fajita tortilla. And so also taco, a lot of times you could do soft tacos with a smaller, maybe a little bit bigger than this but bigger, smaller than a burrito. And a taco, the hard tacos a lot of times are the corn tortillas toasted kind of in that u shape. And gorditas and there's different things sometimes they're fried. And so fajita is a lot different. So the next segment we're actually going to talk about where the fajita comes from particular. But there are differences. And so I just wanted to help you guys know a little bit the definitions and the differences between what we're about to make and some of the things that you order from your different restaurants and stuff. So it is different. Similar but different."
