"And when you are working from a home office there's a few, there's a few things you want to watch out for and one of them is kind of getting out of touch with either the home office or your clients. So lets say there's different reasons why people work from home, for some people they are telecommuting. They kind of have a regular nine to five job if you will, but they are able to work from home, but they still have a supervisor and they have coworkers that don't work from home or they maybe they do work from home but at different locations and maybe they have a home office. So everybody has a different situation but the one thing you want to kind of watch out for, that can be a tendency for some people who work from home is to kind of lose touch with home base, with the office. So what I recommend is at least once a day at the very least, every other day, pick up the phone call your supervisor or your boss or whoever it is that you are working with the closest, coworkers whoever you maybe collaborating with and just check with them and make sure that they know what you are working on and that you know what they think you are working on so there's not missed communications. If you don't like to do it over the phone, an email works that's fine to. I find that a little bit of personal contact, hearing their voice, them hearing your voice can be a good thing too. So but you know either way. If you, and even if you are a freelancer who doesn't have any office per say, you still have clients and people that you work with that you collaborate with so you want to touch base and just make sure that you don't get to isolated while you are here working in the home office. That's definitely something you need to watch out for."
