"My name is Jason. I'm with Hi-tech Window Cleaning, and in this segment, I'm going to show you a few of the additives that we use in the cold weather climate. In the summer, you really don't have to add much. You just have to work a little bit quicker, and maybe do a little bit less of the window, per dip. In the winter, we have to use antifreeze, because here in Utah of course, it does get cold, and in the mornings, if you just use straight water, it freezes instantly. You can't get any work done, so all we use is car windshield washing additive, and we just add a little bit into the water, depending on how cold it is outside. There's times in the winter, when using this straight, will still freeze, and that's pretty much when we don't work anymore. Usually, about half a gallon of this, in five gallons will work, down to fifteen, twenty degrees, something like that, and all it is, is basically alcohol, and it's the exact same stuff you put in your car. For a gallon, it's probably about a dollar fifty, or so, so to fill up two buckets, you're looking at about a dollar fifty extra for the additive, but without it, you can't get much work done in the winter, and we just use cold water, because it doesn't freeze as quick as warm."
