"I'm Linda Black, here to show you Twisting Triangle Pose. We just got out of Triangle Pose and here is just me, John Trey and Debbie in a Twisting Triangle, little more difficult. We're going to step back first of all with the right foot, keep that feet hip bone distance apart as you step back and then slightly angle your back toes towards the right wall. Bring the hips back and the torso forwards as you exhale. Beautiful. We're going to take the right hand to the floor or a block, it's nice here as a beginner to use the block to bring the floor up to my heel, that's just a trick, nice one in that. Extend the spine forward, placing the left hand on the waist and then begin to revolve around the spine; awesome, from the waist, really opening up through the chest. If you like, extend the arm up to the sky. So you're stacking, shoulder on shoulder, a nice vertical position. Excellent. Important to keep the hips parallel and the sit bones towards the back wall, the weight evenly spaced. We're going to bring the hand back down to the floor. Nice. Inhale bring the arms up and exhale step forward as you bring the hands down ready for the second side."
