"I'm Linda Black, here's to show you an exercise that integrates the breath that we've been doing with a little more gross motor movement to facilitate blood flow. So John Trey and Debbie are going to move their blankets aside, come to a seated position with the feet flat on the floor in front, hip bone distance apart parallel to each other. The hands are going to be placed behind the hips. Fingertips towards the gluts or facing the opposite walls, very nice. We'll start with an exhalation and you want to tuck the tail bone under and curve the, round the shoulders, very nicely done. Inhale lift the sternum towards the sky, straightening out the elbows; beautiful. Exhale, lift the hips up to the sky and hold for a breath there. It will help to draw the heels towards the hands to get the hips to elevate a little bit higher. Exhale bring the hips back down to the floor. Nice. Bring the soles of the feet together as you inhale come up to a straight spine. Very nice. Exhale round it over in the Cobbler's pose, Bound Angle. And then we'll start it again and repeat four times. Inhale again, straight spine, feet come parallel, exhale round, tilt the pelvis. Nice. Inhale lift the sternum, just the sternum, exhale bring the hips off the floor. Very nice. Inhaling as you hold, exhaling come back down to the floor, soles of the feet together, exhaling to Cobbler's Pose. Very nice. You can repeat that twice more to get the breath and blood of the blood pumping and the integration of the movement."
