"We are doing a follow up to our previous frame. Debbie is going to demonstrate again on the hands and knees how that shoulder rotation works to loosen up the joint and give us a safe rotator cuff. Now the back is flat. She is lifting up through the abdominal with a contraction, pulling the low belly towards the naval. Hold that steady throughout this practice. The arm stays straight and then the rotation happens as she melts the heart towards the floor, comes forward with the torso and up and back. Very nice. That is an up and down movement. Now see if you can take it forward and back as well. Beautiful. It is exactly like Gentry was showing in the seated position with the arms extended. So with the arms extended, elbows are straight, you get the shoulder rotation. so you can see in a seated position there is no weight. In a hands and knees position we just add the weight of the torso. So you get a deeper rotation happening and I think it gives you a little bit more joint mobility having that weight. Four times in each position."
