If you want to live a long and healthy life, it's important to, as I mentioned earlier, it's important to look at the studies that come out that really get a lot of attention in the media, and kind of take it seriously, but not to seriously. The one thing that you'll find in health science, is that, what was really good for you last year, isn't good for you this year. And that's because studies have come out and have shown that, what we thought previously was true, maybe isn't necessarily true. One of the big myths that has come out of studies is that you should drink alcohol for your health. Now, I'm not saying that you should never drink alcohol, and that an occasional glass of wine is going to be bad for you, but what they have found is that, they believe that basically the same benefits that you can get out of red wine, you can also get out of drinking concord grape juice for example. Now it's that red color, it's those flavonoids and those grape properties that are found in the red grape, that are what makes the alcohol healthy. So, but the problem with alcohol is that, studies are showing that it has a lot of health risks. So if you're looking for the health property, I would suggest drinking grape juice.
