"In order to live a long and healthy life, one thing you're really going to want to do, is stay well hydrated. Throughout the years, there have been numerous studies that have just shown the importance of drinking enough water, and that's probably why there's been such a big focus in the last few years, about getting your eight glasses of water a day, your eight ounces, so eight ounce glasses. Eight of them a day. That's kind of been the general recommendation, but actually some people need a lot more than that, and some people might even be able to get by with less, but you certainly want to be well hydrated, and studies have shown, that drinking adequate amounts of water, improves your energy, increases mental and physical performance, removes toxins and waste products, from our bodies. It keeps skin healthy and glowing. It can help you lose weight, and it reduces headaches, and dizziness, so those are just a few of the health benefits of drinking plenty of water, so that's one of the simple things that you can do, to make a big difference in how you feel, and the health of your body. Just keep water around, and drink it often."
