"I want to talk about toxins, and our environment. Taking care of our bodies and our household. If you want to live a long and healthy life, you'll want to be aware of how outside factors can influence your health. And one of the things different studies have shown us over the years, is that it really does matter what kind of products that you use in your home on a daily basis that you come in contact with. Some products are better than others, and I'm not going to tell you specific products that you should avoid, but I will say that I think it is important to research it and if you can buy products that are environmentally friendly and are surely non toxic to humans, then that is obviously a good place to start. Unfortunately, a lot of cosmetics and personal care products are not regulated and a lot of them contain unhealthy ingredients. A recent study found that red lipstick for example, a lot of different brands had levels of lead that are considered unsafe. So, and if you consider lipstick usually ends up inside your body, and when it gets on food and other substances, that really is quite serious if you're getting high amounts of lead in your body. And it's not just lead, it's a lot of different things. And cosmetics and personal care products that studies have shown us might be a concern. So, you do just want to think about those things. If you can get products from sources that you know are safe, and that are environmentally friendly as I mentioned before, organic, and it's not that. If it has an organic label, it's automatically good, but you just want to be aware that just because it sold at the grocery store, doesn't mean that it's good for you."
