"So you've just been told that you've got to plan a theme wedding shower for your friends upcoming wedding. Hi, I'm Jessica Meiczinger with Simply Divine Events and I'm going to tell you how to host a themed bridal shower. First of all, you want to start off with talking to the bride and groom and get their likes, their dislikes and kind of do-up your theme along those lines. Just some cute ideas are to have a kitchen shower, if the bride likes to cook. You can address the invitations and have them bring their favorite recipes or favorite kitchen gadgets or even cookbooks. Another shower idea is to host a tea party, you could do a couples shower, you could, if the bride's into fitness, you could do a healthy living or fitness shower. Also you want to make sure the theme is not to big so the guests that you've invited, don't have a hard time buying gifts for the bride and groom. You also want to stay away from something that's too risky or a theme that would offend some of the guests in attendance so you just want to be careful on that when choosing your bridal shower theme, as well. Those are just some ideas on how to choose a wedding shower theme and good luck in your shower planning."
