I'm Jessica Meiczinger with Simply Divine Events, and I'm going to talk to you about how to set up your candy buffet for your wedding reception. First of all, you want to go ahead and purchase a bunch of different styles, types, and sizes of containers as well as scoops. You know on-line is a great resource or you can buy them wholesale or in discount stores. One thing to keep in mind is make sure they're tall to fit certain candies. Also make sure the neck and the opening of the vase is wide enough so you know you can scoop out the candy easily. When choosing your candy, keep in mind the bride and groom's favorites. You can add personalized M&Ms. You can do your favorite candies that you've enjoyed growing up. You could do stick to one type of candy like all chocolates. You could also pick out candy that's geared towards the color that of the theme that you incorporated in your wedding. You know if you do red, do like all red jelly beans and Twizzlers and lollipops. You know offer a wide variety to your guests. And it's just a really fun idea and every you know everybody who's young at heart loves candy. And make sure you get little containers. You can do like little cellophane bags. You can do little Chinese to go boxes or little cake boxes. And just write a little thank you note to the guests and have them you know just mention you know how sweet it is you know that you are able to attend the event celebration you know is sweet. Just some little cute little tag lines to you know thank the guests and incorporate with your little favors.
