"So, you don't want to do your traditional bouquet toss during you wedding reception and you want to do something you unique. So, I'm Jessica Meiczinger with Simply Divine Events and I'm going to talk to you about how to find alternative to your traditional bouquet toss. First of all, I'll start off with asking your florist. She's the one who's preparing your flowers and has prepared many of bouquets and flowers for different weddings over the years and might've seen something different that might fit your personality. So, I'll go to her first. If you don't find anything there, look online. Look in different bridal magazines. Ask your other vendors because you know wedding vendors see hundreds and thousands of weddings throughout their lifetime. So, they might have something you know unique that might fit your personality as well. Also, you can ask your friends and family members you know don't be afraid to ask your mom or your grandmother. They might've done something nontraditional back in the day when they got married. Some ideas that I like to incorporate into the bouquet toss are instead of doing your traditional toss do a breakaway bouquet so have one tag say, "You're it" or "You're the next to get married" and whoever catches that one is you know the special honor guest. Another idea if you don't want to do the bouquet tosses at all it's something you know you want to do something a little more special, go ahead and do the anniversary dance and the oldest married couple give the bouquet to the wife. Typically, most of times it ends up being your grandparents so you can honor your grandmother with your toss bouquet or bridal bouquet if you decide that you want to give that away. Another idea is you can give it to the flower girl. Usually, they're very honored to be a princess for a day like the bride so that's just a nice little keepsake for her. So, those are just some ideas and how to find you know an alternative to doing your traditional wedding bouquet toss. Again, I'm Jessica Meiczinger and happy planning."
