"So, you just got engaged and you're thinking about having an outdoor wedding, and you don't know where to begin. I'm Lori Randall, with Simply Divine Events, and I am going to tell you how to plan an outdoor wedding. First thing you need to think about when planning an outdoor wedding is the time of year, the season, and they'll proximity in the country of where you're going to be having your outdoor wedding. You probably don't want to have an outdoor wedding in July in Florida, cause' that's usually the raining season and it's very hot, so keep that in mind when you're planning your outdoor wedding. Also, you want to think about maybe having it, you know, later in in the evening, where the sun's not beating down on you. You're going to want to keep in mind if you're having an outdoor wedding, if it's in a public park or if it's on a beach, you're going to have to have permitting if it's over a certain amount of guests, if you're putting a tent up. You're also going to want to think about you're going to have to rent chairs. You can rent it from a local rental company, as well as a caterer. Think about getting an outside caterer, and they're going to probably need to supply a dance floor, tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware; all of those things you're going to need when you have your outdoor wedding. Also, think about your surroundings in your outdoor wedding. Maybe you're having it in a garden. This way, it kind of can cut back on your your decor, because it's going to be a beautiful surrounding outside, and you won't, might not have to have as many flowers. So you have it on the beach. That's kind of a nice, natural backdrop as well, so it can save you a little money that way. You're just going to want to keep in mind different permitting things. If there's a parking lot nearby, if guests can park and and get there. Make sure that there is a rain back up of course. That's like one of the most important things. If it does rain, is there somewhere you can move inside? And typically, you have to do that, call that earlier in the day; like five to six hours prior for set-up. So, if it is raining, you know, you need to make your rain call. So, I just told you how to plan an outdoor wedding, and again, I'm Lori Randall, with Simply Divine Events, and start your research, and hope you have a great outdoor wedding."
