"Over productive sebaceous glands or oil glands are responsible for oily skin. I'm Jackie Silver with how to fight oily skin. What may seem like a curse at first may actually be a blessing, because oily skin generally is slower to show fine lines and wrinkles. Wash your face two or three times a day with a mild cleanser. Use oil free moisturizers and cosmetics. Two or three times a week, use a clay mask to control oil. You can make your own fruit mask to exfoliate by mashing a papaya and applying it to your face. Rinse after about ten minutes. Reduce fats in your diet and increase your intake of vegetables, fruits and whole grains. And take a multi vitamin and mineral supplement everyday. Keeping your hands away from your face will help you avoid excess dirt in your pores. Remember to fight oily skin, wash two or three times a day with mild cleanser, use a clay mask to control oil, and stick to a healthy eating plan.
