"Bath salts can make a great addition to a relaxing, warm bath, while drawing out toxins from your body at the same time. I'm Jackie with how to make bath salts. You can make your own bath salts with ingredients you may already have at home. In a small bowl, mix together three teaspoons of sea salt, two teaspoons of epsom salt, one teaspoon of baking soda, and then add up to ten drops of your chosen essential oil. Check at your local health food store for essential oils and how they're used. You might want to try mint, or lavender, or even chamomile. Run a warm bath and as the water is filling up, pour in the bath salts, allowing them to dissolve completely before getting in. You may want to set the mood for yourself so you can relax, with some candles and music. Then just lay back and let the salts draw the toxins from your skin while you relax and rejuvenate. I'm Jackie with how to make bath salts. Have a beautiful day."
