"We all get older, but no one has to know. I'm Jackie Silver from Aging Backwards with how to look young and have beautiful skin. The first step toward beautiful skin is to avoid cigarette smoke and sun damage. Wearing a high sun protection factor or SPF sunscreen daily on your face, neck, chest and hands will keep the parts that show age first looking their best. Try to use products that are all natural. Creams and lotions that contain alcohol and artificial ingredients may dry out your skin. Nutrition plays a big role in looking young and having radiant skin. Eat a balanced diet that includes a variety of vegetables and fruits. Plus drink plenty of water. Don't forget the basics of skin care; cleansing, exfoliating, toning, moisturizing and sunscreen. And of course exercise will keep your body toned, your skin radiant, your stress levels low and your mind sharp. Remember to look young and have beautiful skin avoid cigarette smoke, wear sunscreen, watch your diet, exercise and follow a good skin care regimen. I'm Jackie Silver with Aging Backwards with how to look young and have beautiful skin. Have a great day."
