"My name is Ryan Parker with Parker Home Renovations in New Braunfels, Texas. Today I am going to teach you how to hire a swimming pool installer. If you are looking to have some fun in the back yard and you want to put in a swimming pool you will have to hire a swimming pool installer. The first thing you need to do is you need to go into your phone book and you need to find a swimming pool installer. You'll find several of them in there so make a list, maybe three to four different companies and you will want to give them a call. What you'll want to do is you'll want to call them and ask them for references, ask them if they are insured, ask them if they are licensed and then you want to call these references and make sure that these people do good quality work. By calling the references you will probably narrow it down to one to two different names that you really like and then you'll want to set up a meeting with these swimming pool installers to come out and take a look at your application. When meeting with the person you can go off of feel a lot of times, how you feel around that person as to whether you want to hire them or not. Once you find a good reputable swimming pool installer and you feel comfortable with them and feel like you can work with them, then ask them for a written estimate with his signature on it. Once you get that from them and you approve it you will have to sign a contract like this and the contract should state the price of the project, the scope of work and the time frame to get the project done. Now make sure when looking for a swimming pool installer that you find an installer that can do the type of swimming pool that you want. Some installers specifically do vinyl liners. Some of them do plain concrete pools and some of them do elaborate water falls just stuff like that, just find the one that fits you best."
