Always check with your doctor to make sure your condition is not serious. To get rid of under eye bags, take a potato and slice it into very thin slices to contour easily to the eyes. Mist your eye area with lukewarm water. Now take a few of the very thin slices and place them over each eye, you can kind of stack them up. Let them rest for ten or fifteen minutes. Remove the slices and wash your face. Follow up with your regular moisturizer and don't forget the sunscreen. Try this a couple of times a week for best results.
