"Facials are relaxing and rejuvenating and they make you feel great while treating your skin. I'm Jackie from Aging Backwards with how to give a facial at home. If you're too busy to get to the spa, why not try doing your own facial treatment at home. Make your space as peaceful as possible with low lights and soft music. After all, part of the facial experience is relaxation. If you're wearing makeup, gently remove it. Dampen your face with lukewarm water and wash your face with circular motions. Rinse well. Be sure to include your neck. It can show your age as much more than your face. Next, exfoliate your face with an over the counter product formulated for your skin type. Place a clean washcloth in hot water, squeeze out the excess and place it over your face for a minute or two. Next, using an over the counter clay mask for your skin type, apply in circular motions to your face avoiding the eyes. Leave on according to package directions. Rinse the mask thoroughly and follow up with your moisturizer and eye cream. Remember to give yourself a facial at home; set the mood, remove your make up, cleanse, exfoliate, use a mask, moisturize and relax. I'm Jackie from Aging Backwards with how to give a facial at home. Have a great day."
