"Your skin is your largest organ. New cells are constantly form and old cells are sloughed off to make room for the new ones. I'm Jackie Silver from Aging Backwards with how to exfoliate your face simple. Believe it or not, we got a whole new epidermis or outer skin about every month or so. When you exfoliate your skin, you remove the old dead cells and reveal the new healthy cells underneath. You can exfoliate your face with stuff you already have at home. Wet a sponge and dip it in white or brown sugar. Wet your face and gently rub the sugared sponge in a circular motion all over your face, being careful to avoid your eyes and the delicate under eye area. Rinse with lukewarm water and follow up with a moisturizer specially formulated for your type of skin. Whether you have dry, normal, oily or combination skin. Remember to exfoliate your face simply, wet your face and a sponge. Dip the sponge in white or brown sugar and rub it on your face avoiding your eyes. Follow up with a moisturizer.
