"A facial can help purify, smooth and rejuvenate a skin, while relaxing you at the same time. I'm Jackie with how to make an herbal facial. First, remove your make up an thoroughly wash your face with warm water and a cleanser formulated for your type of skin. Combine one egg white with one tbsp. of powdered milk, one tsp. of honey and a quarter tsp. of an herb such as lemon grass or mint leaves. Mint leaves are really good for oily skin. Whisk or blend at low speed for two minutes or until the mixture is creamy. Apply it to your face and neck being careful to avoid your eyes and lips. Leave the mask on for about fifteen minutes. Sit back and relax. I like to take this time to do my daily meditation. You can also put cold cucumber slices over your eyes. They reduce puffiness and they feel great. You can also use tea bags that have been refrigerated over your eyes. Remember to make an herbal facial, combine your ingredients with the herb of your choice, apply as as a mask and relax. I'm Jackie with how to make an herbal facial. Stay beautiful."
